Learn more about the Cast and CureTM process. It's easier to run than you think.
The Cast and Cure™ technology has long been used to produce holographic and unique finishes on a wide variety of substrates for dynamic product packaging, decorative balloons, attractive stickers, award-winning brochures, brand security elements, and more.
The Cast and Cure process utilizes a recyclable film material to “cast” surface effects into UV varnishes and coatings. Unlike foil applications, the Cast and Cure film is used only to emboss the surface of the varnish — there is no transfer of material to the substrate. This allows the casting film to be reused multiple times – often a dozen times or more… providing significant application economies.
In addition, Cast and Cure products and packaging are fully recyclable.
