The BT-WC Web Casting Units have been manufactured and installed on a wide range of equipment, including narrow and wide web applications.

All Web Casting Units are custom built to fit the customer’s application and equipment. Units are designed for the speed of the existing equipment to ensure a smooth integration without hindering current production rates.

Roll-to-roll Cast and Cure™ units are available for offline finishing applications. These units are designed to be multifunctional – capable of performing the Cast and Cure™ process as well as laminating, cold foiling and spot varnishing.
